Yesterday I passed the Bing Ads Accredited Professional exam.
No revision time was necessary as I’m already an approved Google Partner and certified in both Google Adwords and Google Analytics – the principles of both pay per click platforms are basically the same. Despite the subtle nuances between workflows and tools, I scored a respectable 96% (which really does highlight how similar Bing Ads and Google Adwords are).
There’s 100 questions to answer and although there is no time limit, I kept an eye on the clock and the test took me around half an hour. A score of 80% or higher is required to pass and candidates can retake the test as many times as they wish.
Bing is often overlooked as a PPC platform, lost in the shadow of Google Adwords – perhaps unjustly so, depending on your audience! Nevertheless, it’s another badge to add to my collection as a PPC professional
